The Alizé Pharma Group is a group of privately held biopharmaceutical
companies specialized in the development of innovative therapeutics for the
treatment of metabolic diseases and cancer.

The first entity of the Group, Alizé Pharma SAS, is focused on the AZP-01
program, potentially a new therapeutic class for the treatment of type II
diabetes, the unacylated ghrelin agonists, targeting several cardiovascular
risks factors.

The second company, Alizé Pharma II SAS, is dedicated to the development
of a long-acting recombinant L-asparaginase with reduced immunogenicity,
the Asparec® program (AZP-02), currently at the preclinical stage for the
treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
